Jakari Griffith serves as Interim Assistant Provost for Global Engagement at ¸£ÀûÌìÌÃר×¢¾«Æ·¸£Àû, where he leads the Minnock Institute for Global Engagement (MIGE), directing international programming, travel safety, and global partnerships. An Associate Professor of Management, he teaches organizational behavior, leadership, and managing people and organizations. His research examines employment barriers facing justice-involved individuals, including the impact of criminal records on hiring, workplace aggression, and equitable workforce development. He is co-editor of Employing Our Returning Citizens (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024) and has published in Organizational Dynamics, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and other journals. Previously, he served as Department Chair for Management and Marketing and as a Faculty Fellow in the Office of the Provost. He is a graduate of AASCU's Emerging Leaders Program and Harvard University's Management Development Program.
